Cornwell, the man who was with Robert Arnold when he died, bought the majority of Robert's items. Also, notice that the last item auctioned off was "five shares of stock of Occoquan Bank", purchased by W.M. Smoot. This refers to William M. Smoot who was the pastor of Quantico Baptist Church (the church that Robert Arnold attended and where he was buried).
