Headstone of Capt. Rezen Willcoxon. He built the original house on the Blenheim property in Fairfax, Virginia which burned down in the 1850's. It was rebuilt by his son Albert and remains standing today. Rezen owned about 1000 acres of land in Fairfax County. Was a Captain of the Militia in the War of 1812. He owned and ran a tavern in Fairfax City. The headstone reads, "In Memory Of Capt. Rezen Willcoxen, Died Nov. 28th 1855. Aged 84 years. He was a soldier in the War of 1812

Her headstone reads, "In Memory of Margaret Conn Willcoxon wife of Richard R. Farr. Born in Fairfax Co. Va. March 4, 1820. Died at Fairfax C.H. VA. Feb, 18 1904. Not for the dead in Christ we weep, Their sorrows now are o'er; The sea is calm the tempest past, On that eternal shore."

A view of the Willcoxon-Farr Cemetery facing the North East. It is located at 3610 Old Lee Highway, Fairfax, VA. There are seven members and four generations of the Willcoxon family buried here including, Capt. Rezen Willcoxon, Albert T. Willcoxon, Maude Willcoxon, Betsey Willcoxon Deneale, Margaret Conn Willcoxon Farr, Margaret Conn Willcoxon, and Richard R. Farr. There may be as many as ten other people buried in the cemetery. These unidentified graves are most likely those of soldiers who died while the house was being used as a reserve hospital during the Civil War.
