Her obituary reads "Of Falls Church, VA, known as Kaki, widow of Kenneth Taylor, passed away June 7, 2012 at the Capital Hospice Center in Arlington after a battle with lung cancer. Kaki was a loving mother and wonderful friend survived by daughter Laura, son-in-law Tom, brother Peter, and three grandchildren Teddy, Kenny, and Kathryn. Kaki worked for many years as a draftsman and enjoyed crafts such as quilting, knitting, and counted cross-stitch."
