Deed to the Cemetery

In 1930, Herbert Brown, descendent of Augustus Brown, deeded two acres of land to be reserved for the Brown family.  It was on this land that the 75'x75' plot surrounded by an iron fence resided prior to being deeded by Brown.  The deed expressly states that the iron fenced plot is reserved for the Brown family and their spouses.  However, it does not explain who had the permission to be buried outside of the iron fence.
