I, Clarence Adrian Hutchison, of Washington, in the District of Columbia, do make, publish and declare this as and for my last will and testament.
First:- I devise and bequeath to Annie M. Kephart, Mary & Selina Hutchison my sisters of Washington, D. C. absolutely all estate that it is possible to hereby devise and bequeath.
Second: I nominate, constitute and appoint Dr. H. B. Hutchison, my brother, of Wash. D. C. executor.
Executed this 4th day of November A. D. 1919.
