Deed from 1/31/1898:

Talks about the property of the cemetery, ½ an acre for a “family graveyard”, talks about the late Simpson F. Marshall. The deed acknowledges the three familys, Marshall, Davis, and Beach, all put $150 dollars down towards land for the family cemetery.
