Along with the four previously mentioned Documents, Francis C. Davis was also drafted in WWI as indicated by a WWI draft card. On the draft card he is marked down as "0" meaning he was a conscientious objector. whether he fought in the war or not I was unable to determine. 

Occupation: Worked for the the D.C. Reformatory as indicated by his draft card. I believe he worked at Lorton Prison being right down the road from where he lived.
