James Richard Marshall

James Richard Marshall was born on September 7th, 1867 in Lee, Fairfax, Virginia.  He married Nevia MS C Marshall, she was only 24 years old when they married, he was 42.  In 1910 he lived in the Precinct 2, Washington, D.C.  And then in 1920, he lived in the Norfolk, Monroe Ward, Norfolk, Virginia; he was also widowed in 1920.  He possibly had three children by his wife Nevia who passed away shortly after giving birth (there isn't much detail about the children).  He passed away on November 9th, 1934.
